“Your Life is Worth Living”

Life is a unique gift that we receive. Every day and every moment is worth living to the fullest by discovering new horizons, growing spiritually, and creating strong bonds with those who are around us. The motto of this year’s meeting of the Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY) was “Your Life is Worth Living,” which gathered 60 young people in the very beautiful town of Syniak, Transcarpathia, Ukraine, from July 15 to 22, 2024.

This meeting was a unique source of inspiration, spiritual enrichment, and new acquaintances for participants from all over Ukraine. The event was accompanied by daily Holy Masses, conferences, group activities, and, of course, some fun and recreational time. Common prayers and adoration of the Holy Sacrament united us in sincere prayers, giving us a sense of unity and closeness to God.

We express our sincere gratitude to everyone who was a part of this meeting. We thank the benefactors and organizers for their devoted work and love for young people. We are grateful to the participants for their openness, activity, and desire for spiritual growth. Special thanks to God for His blessing and the opportunity to spend this wonderful time together, despite these terrible times of war, when we constantly feel fear and anxiety.

We are sure that the meeting, with the slogan “Your Life is Worth Living,” was a source of inspiration and spiritual renewal for all participants. These unforgettable moments will surely remain in everyone’s hearts for years to come and will serve as the motivation for new achievements in the future.
