Formation Cycle of VMY America begins with the theme “Forming and Serve”
This April, the Vincentian Marian Youth (VMY) in America begins a new Formation Cycle for leaders and advisors from all the continent’s countries. The aim is to offer a continuous formative journey, with topics adapted to local realities that respond to the needs of the VMY’s journey in different contexts.
The first meeting will occur on April 12th at 7 am Central American Time, online via the Zoom platform. The theme of this stage will be “Forming to Serve,” creating an opportunity to strengthen the identity, spirituality, and mission of the Association’s leaders and advisors.
During the meeting, we will also have a moment of reflection on the Final Document of the International Meeting of the Vincentian Family, held in Rome in November 2024. It will be an opportunity to understand the calls of the Vincentian Charism today and to deepen our commitment to transforming the realities of poverty that we face in our countries.
In addition, we will experience a strong moment of spirituality together with the Way of the Cross of the Innocents – a profound prayer for the crucified of our time and for VMY’s mission in the world.
Participation is open to all VMY leaders and advisors in America, with prior registration until April 10th. Those who register will receive an email link to the event.
This is just the beginning of a formative journey that seeks to deepen the mission of VMY, strengthen links between countries, and encourage those who remain committed to the Vincentian charism among young people on the continent.
Sign up by April 10th and join us!
