VMY Rwanda testimony EIA II Paris
By continuing to light the torch of St. Vincent. Attending the Second International Meeting of VMY Advisors was for me a moment of prayer and sharing with people from all over the world. My sharing with them was based on the mission of VMY, and the way our Association accomplishes its mission. It was also a great opportunity for me to visit the origins of the VMY “The Chapel of the Apparitions” as well as to walk in the footsteps of Saint Vincent de Paul and other saints of the great Vincentian Family. My sharing with others has proven to me that St. Vincent continues his mission with the poor through the young people and adults that we are. St. Vincent is still alive within us, living in our midst. He is our Father but also our companion everywhere in our missions. Thank you to God who has given us life, thank you to those who continue to light the torch of Saint Vincent de Paul, and thank you to those who participated in the preparation and realization of the Second International Meeting.
